Sugo Mi Oxford Street
We ordered a simple Margherita from the Rosso list so we could really taste the sugo and it was impressive. Sweet in a savoury way, it had the best and most vivid qualities of a proper, almost drinkable homemade tomato sauce, requiring only the starchy, charry base and the jolt of anise from the basil to break its richness.
