Louey's Italian Restaurant Rotherham St Frenchified fine diner SaVini has been reborn with new owners and a new Italian focus. Though the name might conjure up visions of a casual space complete with red chequered tablecloths and a jovial pizza maker, Louey's hasn't lost its slightly formal edge. The linen-draped tables remain, washed by the balmy Queensland air coming in through the open sides, but the space has been enhanced by a large lounge area. This is packed with bar tables where barflies can nibbles on Italian-style snacks. Those who opt for the whole sit-down deal can choose from traditional Italian mains, from osso bucco to gourmet thin-crust pizzas.
