Ciao Baby Sandgate Rd

Ciao Baby Sandgate Rd

“Ciao Baby” is the affectionate greeting and farewell commonly heard on the streets of Italy between friends and locals. Now, “Ciao Baby” is heard all over the streets of Brisbane’s north side and takes on a whole new meaning. Ciao Baby is a recent edition to Albion's Sandgate Road restaurant precinct with its new breed o
f inner city quick-and-casual concept restaurant and cool drinking spots. You don't have to worry about remembering Ciao Baby's street number: simply look for the two-storey Victorian building painted in vibrant red. This restaurant looks smart and is very, very Italian with its iconic Vespa scooter parked outside its entrance. The funky mood continues inside with the rough exposed brick and raw timber melding happily with splashes of red creating a rustic Italian ambience with a contemporary vibe. ‘Italiano’ with a funky eclectic twist is what Ciao Baby promises to deliver. Diners can experience Ciao Baby not only in the rustic environment of the Albion Restaurant but at home with takeaways. Our kitchen has made sure the Italiano styled menu is authentic and traditional using only fresh ingredients and produce. Home made pasta is the feature with a varied range of pizzas, antipasto dishes with coffees and desserts.
