Stella Star specialises in Mediterranean cuisine with a particular focus on Italian and is owned by Louie and Tracy Stella.
Louie has an absolute passion for perfection and tradition and his commitment is reflected in every dish offered.
All meals are personally designed and prepared by Louie and the main course offers a different selection every week.
Louie has travelled the world enhancing his extensive skills as a chef and has catered for functions and launches for Stella McCartney, Jimmy Choo, Brown Thomas and the Ryder Cup to name but a few.
As manager of one of Ireland’s leading restaurants, Louie often hosted guests such as Bono & U2, John Rocca and Bob Dillon.
Stella Star offers full catering for parties and functions where the same excellence in food can be experienced by clients, staff, family and friends. Groups up to 100 are easily catered for.
